One note, bid.value must come from the builder’s balance but bid.execution_payment could come from elsewhere.

BTW Dima, we actually had this field outside of the signed part of the bid, it needs to be somewhere cause the builder needs to inform it to the proposer. We added it to the bid cause it can’t hurt, but it can easily be outside of the bid and kept offchain
