Replying to "To add to jochem's q..." For example: CREATE, CALL-with-value, or precompile calls. Nimbus records different storage/account accesses than geth for these operations. Simple eoatx passes. Only evm-fuzz triggers the divergence.

Replying to "To add to jochem's q..." reth: Bug likely in how CREATE/CREATE2 tracks code changes or how storage reads vs writes are classified during contract deployment. The hash is computed by alloy compute_block_access_list_hash() which is shared, so the divergence is in the BAL
