  • focil-devnet-1 launched on the 6th of Oct 2026 (genesis 12:46 UTC, Heze at epoch 5).

  • Scope change. focil-devnet-1 is a relaunch of focil-devnet-0 after devnet-0 was accidentally killed. The spec scope is unchanged: EIP-7805 FOCIL on the Heze fork, same CL/EL spec PRs and test releases as devnet-0. New spec work moves to focil-devnet-2, which adds 3 new CL EIPs on top of FOCIL: EIP-8015, EIP-8365 and EIP-8198. frames-devnet-0 (EIP-8141) is kept on a separate devnet track.
